Ekiti SSG resigns to contest 2022 governorship election


THE Secretary to the Ekiti State Government, Biodun Oyebanji, has resigned his appointment to contest in the 2022 governorship election in the state on the platform of the All Progressive Congress.

Chief Press Secretary to Governor Kayode Fayemi, Yinka Oyebode said, Oyebanji’s resignation “as conveyed in a letter to the governor dated December 3, 2021, takes effect from Tuesday, December 7.”

Oyebode, said this in a statement titled, ‘Ekiti SSG, Oyebanji, resigns from cabinet.’ on Tuesday.
