Bill Gates receives COVID-19 vaccine

Bill Gates, co-founder of Microsoft and Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), has gotten COVID-19 vaccine.

He uncovered this on his Twitter page even as he lauded Frontline workers for their services during this pandemic.

On his Twitter page, Gates wrote:

“One of the benefits of being 65 is that I’m eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine. I got my first dose this week, and I feel great.

“Thank you to all of the scientists, trial participants, regulators, and frontline healthcare workers who got us to this point.”

Recall Bill Gates stirred contoversies at some point in 2020 when he asked why Coronavirus numbers have not been as high as anticipated in Africa.

Gates and his wife, Melinda were of the assessment that there will be dead bodies everywhere in the city of Africa and unforgiving impacts if the world doesn’t move quickly enough.

Nonetheless, that was not the situation in African in 2020.

Bill Gates who confessed to being wrong about his previous prediction said he was happy his prediction about Africa has not occurred.

“One thing I’m happy to have been wrong about—at least, I hope I was wrong is my fear that Coronavirus would run rampant in low-income countries. So far, this hasn’t been true,” he wrote
