8 Dos and Don’ts You Need While Going On A Date

However, wear something that is appropriate for the type of date you are going on. Your date location determines your outfit.


3. Prepare your wallet: Don’t go on a date cashless. Prepare your wallet as you prepare yourself. Anything can happen.

4. Punctuality: Be time conscious. Don’t show up late on purpose after which you’ve both agreed on time. Lateness can definitely pose a bad impression of you to your date. Which can literally ruin your date.

5. Stimulate Conversation: Stimulate positive conversation to keep your hangout fun and enjoyable. Get to know your date better, do not be nervous, ask positive emotional questions and avoid all forms of negative conversation.

6. Put any form of distraction at bay:
Focus on your date and avoid all forms of distraction. Phone is a huge distraction and it can pose a wrong impression of you to your date. Make sure you set your phone on silent.

7. . Going Dutch on a date: Good idea? If you are interested in pursuing a romantic connection, going Dutch on a first date isn’t advisable . Although, going Dutch on a first date is a common occurrence these days. Men claim gender equality and weasel their way out of what is supposed to be a romantic and respectable date. Basically men, if you want a second time date or a romantic connection, it’s advisable you pay the bills on a first date.
